What we collect, and why

When you request a tour through our booking form, we ask for your name, phone number, and email so we can reach you. We also ask who the visit is for and how you're related to them, what level of care you're interested in, your timeline for making a move, and what matters most to you in a community. If you pick a specific tour time, we collect that too. We use this so our team can prepare for your visit and follow up with the right information — not to sell it or share it outside the uses described below.

When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email, and whatever message you write. We use this only to answer your question.

When you simply browse the site, Google Analytics and Google Ads automatically collect standard information like which pages you viewed, your approximate location and device type, and how you found us. More on this below.

Information about someone else

Many people who contact us are inquiring on behalf of a parent, spouse, or other family member — not for themselves. If you tell us about someone else's care needs, health situation, or timeline, we treat that information the same way we treat yours, and this policy covers it the same way. We understand you're sharing it on their behalf in order to help them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and respond to you:

• WelcomeHome, the customer-management system our staff use to track and follow up on tour requests. Your tour-request details (contact info, care level, timeline, and what matters most to you) are stored there.
• Resend, our email provider, which sends your booking or contact-form confirmation and notifies our staff by email of your request.
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which receives the analytics and advertising information described in the next section.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and Google Ads to measure whether our advertising is working. Both place small files called cookies in your browser. If you arrive from one of our ads, the phone number shown on this site may be temporarily swapped for a different one so Google can tell us that an ad led to a phone call — the number still reaches Quail Meadow Assisted Living and Memory Care. When a tour is successfully booked, we also send Google a one-time signal that a booking happened, so we can measure whether our ads are working; that signal does not include your name, phone number, or email.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can manage or opt out of ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies and your browser

We don't set any cookies of our own. The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google Ads, described above.

After you book a tour, we briefly save your tour date and time in your browser's session storage so the confirmation page can display it. That information is cleared the moment the confirmation page reads it, stays only in your browser, and is never used for tracking.

We also use your IP address automatically and briefly to prevent spam submissions. We don't store it.

How long we keep it

We keep tour and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and as part of our normal business records — for example, in WelcomeHome and in our email. We don't currently run an automatic deletion schedule. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
