Here at Quail Meadow, we know the balance between independent living and necessary help for our loved ones can be a difficult balance. Our staff provides relief from some of the more challenging aspects of life — managing medications, housekeeping, meals, aiding in dressing, etc. — and leave the rest to each resident's individual preferences.

Care Tailored to the Individual

At Quail Meadow, you can expect care staff on site 24 hours a day. A Registered Nurse is on site weekdays and medications are always managed by Certified Nursing Assistants and medication technicians. We believe it's important for our residents to be familiar with and trust their caregivers. Day-to-day support is unique to each individual according to their specific needs.

A Studio That's Actually Yours

Each assisted living apartment is a 335-square-foot studio with a walk-in closet, built-in storage, mini-fridge, and carpeted flooring. Residents control their own heating and air conditioning and provide their own furniture. Most windows offer views of our quiet neighborhood and beautiful mountain backdrop. At Quail Meadow, we believe in helping create a room people settle into -- not a room they pass through.

Care That Knows the Person

Good care starts with knowing someone well. We learn each resident's routines, preferences, communication style, interests, and the ways their family wants to stay involved — then work to carry those preferences consistently from one day and one caregiver to the next.

Transparent Pricing

Assisted living at Quail Meadow starts at $3,700 a month, which covers the studio apartment, all meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and access to everything in the community. New residents should expect a one-time $1,500 move-in deposit fee. Additionally, cost of care is determined by a three tier-system based on how much support a resident actually needs. We'll walk you through exactly which tier applies to your specific needs before anything is ever billed.
